ecoPTS Economy Service Tariff

Terms and Conditions of Service

Rates are in EURO.
International transportation services are excluded from VAT.
Economical rates of ecoPTS service is valid only when yellow coloured airwaybill is issued.
Shipments over the basic weights which are mentioned in the rate chart are charged on the higher weight.
Shipments restricted for Air transportation by IATA or by the destination Countries and Dangerous goods cannot be transported by Courier System.
Shipments are automatically insured up to a value of 100.- USD. For the shipments valued over 100.- USD, insurance is done with extra premium upon request.
Rates are from Istanbul to the outside world; domestic transportation charge may be applied to the shipments picked up from out of Istanbul.
Rates are door to door including customs clearance. Customs duty and tax in destination country is charged to the account of consignee unless otherwise is requested.
Fuel and/or Security Surcharges may be added to the rates according to worldwide economical conditions.
Lenght of each parcel must not exceed 175 cm; and Lenght+(2xwidth)+(2xheight)= must be less than 300 cm (this limitation may vary according to the destination country)
Volume weight calculation is applied for the light but bulky shipments. According to this, dimensions of the shipments are multiplied and divided to 5000 and the result is volume weight.
(width x lenght x height) / 5000 shipment’s gross weight and volume weight is found and shipment is charged whichever is greater.
